Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group of patients using the nursing process and established standards of care.

- Provide clinical assessment, administer medications and treatments as ordered, monitor patient status, and document progress accurately.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans; participate in discharge planning and patient education.
- Maintain patient safety, quality of care, and regulatory compliance; communicate changes in patient condition to the care team.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes within a general acute care med/surg setting.
