As the Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for executing the sales strategy to increase company market share through account development and educating the medical community on services provided by the company while operating within set budget. You will also responsible for mentoring and supporting assigned AE's, in a territory of 10 or more Account Executives.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly personal production goals and MC admit budgets for assigned locations
• Develop and drive growth strategies
• Manage financial resources by projecting returns and adhering to the Sales and Marketing budget
• Understand and articulate the features and benefits of LHC Group services, competitive advantages, specialty programs, and Medicare guidelines
• Educate the medical community about LHC Group services through effective sales calls and in-services with appropriate tools and literature
• Provide mentorship, assistance, and support to assigned Account Executives
• Foster strategic partnerships with Regional and Agency Operational Leadership teams to create a shared vision for growth

Required Qualifications:

• 1+ years of Account Executive
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Outlook and CRM software)
• Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to reliable transportation or public transportation

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Demonstrated leadership abilities to teach and train new Account Executive

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $90,144 to $135,216 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
