This is a remote position. Remote | Full-Time | EST (Eastern Time) Job Overview We are seeking a creative and data-driven Social Media Strategist to develop and execute social media strategies for real estate and business clients. In this role, you'll help clients strengthen their online presence, engage their target audiences, and generate qualified leads through effective, platform-specific social media strategies. The ideal candidate combines strong content and communication skills with an understanding of social media analytics, audience behaviour, and current digital trends. You'll work across multiple client accounts, translating business objectives into compelling content strategies and measurable social media results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with client goals, brand identity, and target audiences.
• Create and manage content calendars across multiple client accounts and platforms.
• Write engaging social media copy, captions, and scripts tailored to different audiences and platforms.
• Optimize content for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Research and stay up to date with social media trends, emerging formats, platform updates, and best practices.
• Monitor social media performance and key metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
• Analyze data and provide actionable recommendations to improve engagement, reach, audience growth, and lead generation.
• Adjust content and strategies based on performance insights and changing client objectives.
• Support audience engagement and represent client brands professionally across social platforms.
• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand priorities, provide updates, and ensure content remains aligned with business objectives.
• Manage multiple client projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO).
• Strong understanding of social media strategy, content planning, audience targeting, and platform-specific best practices.
• Excellent writing skills, with the ability to create engaging social media content and compelling scripts.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to represent client brands professionally.
• Experience using social media analytics and reporting tools to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Ability to translate data and insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients, projects, and deadlines independently.
• Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Experience in real estate, professional services, or other client-focused industries is an asset.
• Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
