Social Media StrategistJob#: 3056068Job Description:Social Media StrategistREMOTEPay: $45.00 - $50.00OverviewWe're looking for a Social Media Strategist to help bring our biggest launches, partnerships, and fandom moments to life across our global social media channels. You’ll help develop and execute social campaigns from start to finish, translating marketing priorities into platform-native ideas, content, and moments that get players talking, sharing, and participating.This is a hands-on role for someone who can think strategically while also getting the work done. You’ll help build social plans, develop creative ideas, write briefs and copy, manage content through production, coordinate with partners, support publishing, and use performance and community response to make the next piece of work better.What you’ll doRun social campaignsDevelop and execute social strategy for our product launches, game updates, partnerships, events, and evergreen initiatives.Translate campaign goals and marketing briefs into clear social objectives, audiences, messaging, channel strategies, and content plans.Own smaller campaigns and workstreams independently while supporting larger franchise moments alongside senior Social leads and collaborators across the Marketing org.Brainstorm social-first ideas into actionable creative briefs with a clear concept, audience, platform, format, and execution; then partner with creative teams to develop content from concept through final asset.Adapt larger campaign ideas into executions that feel purpose-built for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, Facebook and other relevant platforms.Maintain campaign timelines, content plans, briefs, approvals, assets, copy, links and publishing requirements.Collaborate with community and engagement partners to identify opportunities for reactive or conversational extensions of campaign content.Partner with Social leads and analytics partners to identify what's working and what should change—and then make that change happen.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field OR equivalent experience.Experience supporting social media campaigns or content programs, either for a brand, agency, entertainment property, creator, or organization.Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, stakeholders, and deliverables simultaneously.Strong creative instincts and an ability to understand and articulate why content works, or doesn’t.Ability to collaborate effectively with creative, production, marketing, communications, and other cross-functional partners.Preferred Qualifications:Familiarity with Minecraft, gaming culture, creators, and online communities.Familiarity with social listening, publishing, project-management, or analytics tools.Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 1+ year(s) integrated marketing (e.g., digital, relationship, social media, campaign, etc.), event management, marketing strategy, business planning, marketing operations, or related work experience OR equivalent experience.Everforth Apex is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe.
