Job Details Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School, CPR Certification, active applicable license for the State where work will be performed, 1 Year of Outpatient Clinical Experience, Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week. Completes comprehensive patient evaluations and develops treatment plans focused on discharge goals within an established length of stay. Performs timely, clear, and accurate medical record documentation, including goal setting, functional assessments, and charge entry, following organizational policies and regulatory guidelines. Participates in student clinical programs, providing supervision and educational support. Pursues ongoing professional development through continuing education and involvement in professional organizations. Adheres to state practice acts, maintains licensure in good standing, and complies with all regulatory requirements. Demonstrates awareness and participation in organizational performance improvement initiatives.
