Remote Mental Health Therapist - Washington (W2 Full-Time)

Balanced Caseloads and Tailored Schedules: 40 working hours per week (structured as a 45-hour week to include a daily 1-hour lunch), with an average of 25 attended sessions (29 scheduled) per week.

Deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients (18+), practicing modalities like CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, and MI
Maintain a caseload of ongoing therapy and consult sessions per week
Collaborate with other mental health providers as needed and refer clients when appropriate
Active license and in good standing as a LICSW, LMFT, LMHC, or Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) in Washington
Maintain a caseload of ~25 attended ongoing therapy and consult sessions per week (schedule a minimum of 29 per week)
Experience: 2+ years of active and unrestricted licensure in Texas, clinical experience with adults (18+), and proficient with clinical assessments (e.g., Tech: At least six months of teletherapy experience and experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems
Schedule: Select session hours between 8am and 7pm PST, Monday through Friday, with the work week spread across five days.
Compensation: The salary range for this full-time, exempt role is based on place of residence, years of licensure, and level (Clinician or Clinician II), as assessed during interviews. Paid time off, including nine paid holidays, one annual Learning Day, and an additional Winter Office Closure from Christmas Day (Observed) through New Years Day
