Assistant Salon Manager - Great Clips Location: Providence Town Center, 2 N Highway 165, Providence, Utah. Great Clips is recruiting licensed professionals to join our team as Assistant Salon Managers. The role offers competitive pay from $22 to $35 per hour, bonuses, and a supportive environment to help you grow. Responsibilities Support salon staff with daily operations and client service. Provide hands‑on leadership and training for stylists. Maintain salon cleanliness, inventory and visual merchandising. Manage scheduling and shift coverage. Ensure compliance with licensing and safety regulations. Assist in achieving sales and performance goals. Qualifications Licensed cosmetologist or barber (state requirements vary).
