ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for a creative, organized marketing professional to manage social media and day-to-day marketing

for several businesses under common ownership.

You'll help each company maintain a distinct brand, create useful content, reach the right audience, and turn

marketing activity into measurable business opportunities. This is a hands-on role for someone comfortable

developing ideas, producing content, and following through on execution.

RESPONSIBILITIES

■ Manage each company's relevant social media accounts, including content planning, publishing, comments,

and messages.

■ Create graphics, photos, short-form videos, captions, and other marketing materials.

■ Maintain a coordinated marketing calendar across the businesses.

■ Write and distribute email newsletters and promotional campaigns.

■ Update website content and business listings, coordinating technical work with outside support when needed.

■ Develop campaigns that support each company's services and business goals.

■ Manage paid advertising within approved budgets as responsibilities expand.

■ Track campaign results, website activity, and qualified inquiries using available reporting tools.

■ Provide a monthly report explaining what worked, what needs improvement, and recommended next steps.

■ Coordinate with the owner, employees, and outside vendors to gather information and complete projects.

■ Keep company information accurate and obtain approval for sensitive claims or promotional materials.

QUALIFICATIONS

■ Demonstrated experience managing business social media accounts and marketing campaigns.

■ Strong writing, editing, organization, and project-management skills.

■ Ability to create polished content using tools such as Canva, Adobe products, or similar platforms.

■ Comfortable shooting and editing short-form video.

■ Working knowledge of email marketing, website content management, and analytics.

■ Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple brands.

■ Willingness to learn each company's audience, services, and marketing requirements.

Experience in real estate, mortgage lending, construction, or professional services is helpful. A portfolio

demonstrating relevant work is encouraged.

BASE SALARY GROWTH PLAN

This position starts at $60,000 annually. The following milestones provide a path to a higher recurring base salary

as the employee demonstrates greater independence, capability, and business impact.

Milestone Annual Base Requirements

Starting salary $60,000 Begin managing the agreed marketing scope and establish baseline reporting.

Reliable execution $65,000 Maintain approved calendars across assigned brands, complete agreed

deliverables consistently, and provide accurate monthly reports.

Independent campaign

management

$75,000 Independently manage coordinated social, email, and website campaigns;

meet agreed quality and delivery targets; and demonstrate measurable

improvement against baseline results.

Full marketing

ownership

$85,000 Own marketing plans across assigned companies, manage approved budgets

and vendors, and meet agreed qualified-inquiry and campaign-performance

targets for two consecutive quarters.

Sustained leadership

and results

$90,000 Sustain performance at the prior level for two additional quarters, improve

marketing efficiency, and lead planning and process improvements across the

businesses.

HOW REVIEWS WORK

During the first 30 days, the owner and employee will document the assigned brands, deliverables, available

resources, baseline results, and measurable targets for each salary milestone. The first formal compensation

review will occur after 90 days, followed by quarterly reviews.

Increases are earned by meeting the documented requirements; time in the position alone does not trigger an

increase. Once milestone achievement is confirmed at a review, the corresponding base salary takes effect the

following pay period. These are increases to annual base salary, separate from any discretionary bonus.

Performance targets will reflect approved budgets, workload, and factors within the employee's control. Changes

to the number of companies or responsibilities will prompt a review of priorities, resources, and compensation

expectations.

Each company has a consistent, professional presence. Marketing projects are completed on schedule, inquiries

are tracked, and the owner can clearly see how marketing supports business goals.
