Bilingual Portuguese Call Center Representative

Position Overview MCI is a leading Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company that specializes in delivering tailored solutions to meet the diverse needs of our clients. We’re hiring Bilingual Call Center Representatives to provide outstanding support in both English and Portuguese. Fluent in both languages and enjoy helping people? We want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls in English and Portuguese. Translate and communicate clearly across both languages. Assist customers with billing, account updates, and general inquiries. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department. Follow company policies and procedures for customer interactions. Meet daily and monthly performance goals. Candidate Qualifications Must be 18 years or older. High school diploma or GED required. Bilingual fluency in English and Portuguese is mandatory. Excellent listening and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Prior experience in a bilingual customer service role is preferred. Physical Requirements This job operates in a professional office environment. The employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds. Conditions of Employment Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based. Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint.
