salary: $22 - $24 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

• Immerse into a tight-knit, high-functioning, positive, "can-do" Billing Specialist Team within a Fortune 500 Global Leading Company
• Must have the ability to be onsite for training and not miss a day of it
  • Hybrid after training, onsite 6 times a month
• Work closely with a variety of internal teams and departments with the end goal of providing accurate and timely billing of consulting revenue
• Prepare, track, and manage multiple steps of the billing of consulting revenue
• Utilize Excel extensively for managing and manipulating large amounts of data
• Follow specific billing requirements and guidelines for timely and accurate invoicing
• Generate and issue invoices
• Follow up with consultants to gather needed and missing documentation
• Research any discrepancies
• Interact closely with the Accounts Receivable team for efficient and timely problem solving
• Track down missing checks
• Problem solve with internal business partners
• May assist Manager with ad-hoc projects
