Ideal candidates will have 1-2 years of benefits administration experience. Responsibilities Support administration and delivery of the benefits program Answer inquiries from employees and vendors regarding company benefits Support health and wellness plans, retirement plans, LoA administration and data management Use the current HRIS system to accurately update employee information Qualifications Education Required: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field Experience Required: 1-3 years of benefits administration experience Excellent customer service skills High attention to detail Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Office Experience using a HRIS system such as Workday, Oracle, SAP or similar platform #J-18808-Ljbffr
