Company Description Hotel Review Card helps hotels turn more guest stays into more Google review opportunities by simplifying how guests leave feedback. The company provides custom-branded NFC room cards and checkout-counter stands that direct guests straight to a property’s review page, without apps, typing, or search. Each system is tailored to the hotel’s size, pre-encoded, securely locked, and ready for immediate deployment. Hotel Review Card also offers optional services such as reputation monitoring, response drafting, and policy-based review removal assistance. The company serves hotels with approximately 50–300+ rooms, focusing on boosting online visibility and guest engagement. Role Description The Hotel Partnerships Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Austin, Texas Metropolitan Area. This role is responsible for identifying and securing new hotel partners, managing ongoing relationships with hotel clients, and ensuring their successful adoption of Hotel Review Card solutions. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and outreach to hotel decision-makers, delivering product presentations and demos, negotiating partnership agreements, and coordinating onboarding activities. The manager will track performance metrics, analyze partner results, and collaborate with internal teams to optimize offerings and resolve client issues. The role also involves gathering market feedback, contributing to partnership strategy, and representing the company at industry events and meetings. Qualifications Strong experience in Partnerships and Strategic Partnerships, with a focus on hospitality or B2B solutions. Proficiency in Account Management, including relationship building, client retention, and upselling. Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for presentations, negotiations, and stakeholder engagement. Solid Analytical Skills to interpret performance data, identify trends, and recommend improvements. Background in hotel operations, travel tech, or SaaS partnerships is highly beneficial. Ability to work on-site in the Austin, Texas Metropolitan Area and travel to partner properties as needed. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
