ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my State Farm agency in 1985, and over the years, I’ve been fortunate to build a team of six talented and dedicated professionals who truly feel like family. Before becoming an agent, I worked at a radio station, where one of my advertising accounts happened to be a State Farm manager — he saw potential in me and encouraged me to make the leap into agency. It was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

I have grown children and a love for staying active — in fact, I’ll be walking the Honolulu Marathon next month! Our office is dog-friendly, and as a proud Goldendoodle enthusiast, I love having our team’s office pup around to keep spirits high.

Community involvement is a huge part of who I am and what this agency stands for. I currently serve as President of the Rotary Club, sit on the local hospital board and foundation, and am an active Chamber of Commerce member. Our team also organizes community photo booths and stocks food shelves right from our parking lot to help local families in need.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Jolene Johannes - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
