We are seeking an individual who serves as the first point of contact for clients, prospects, insurance carriers and visitors. This individual creates a welcoming and professional experience while supporting the daily operations of the agency through phone management, client service assistance, administrative support and office organization. Key responsibilities include answering and directing incoming phone calls promptly and professionally. Support agency staff with data entry and general administrative tasks. Maintain office supplies and place orders when necessary. Process phone and in office payments. Assist with basic client inquiries and direct service requests to the appropriate team member. Perform other duties as assigned to support agency operations.
