About the Role

The successful candidate will be politically astute, community-oriented, and capable of building and maintaining relationships with a wide range of partners, including board members, public entities, health systems, universities, donors, and private sector partners. Key responsibilities for the CEO include developing and communicating a clear vision, leading the execution of the organization's mission, and driving the recruitment of strategic partners. The role demands a leader with strong financial acumen, capable of establishing and executing a sustainable financial strategy that includes fundraising and public-private funding mechanisms. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with the ability to influence and engage, a pragmatic executor with a results-oriented approach, and a community leader committed to the long-term success of the region. A Master's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred, and the candidate should be prepared to operate in a dynamic, early-stage environment, with a focus on innovation in healthcare delivery.
