Senior Vice President - Permian Basin Operations

Job Description

Our client is growing oilfield services company with operations focused in the Permian Basin and other key U.S. shale regions. The company provides integrated services across water transfer, water treatment, rental services and waste management. Over the last decade, they have continued to scale and professionalize their operational platform, technical capabilities, safety systems, and infrastructure-based service offerings. They seek a Senior Vice President of Permian Basin Operations to lead basin-wide operations across multiple service lines. This position is a critical executive leadership role within the organization. The successful candidate must be capable of leading complex field operations in a fast-paced oilfield environment while driving operational discipline, profitability, customer confidence, and organizational development.

Responsibilities:

Oilfield Water Experience

Strong direct oilfield water experience is highly preferred, including:

The candidate does not need to be an engineer, but should have strong practical understanding of:

Compensation is a base salary and bonus with total earnings of $350,000+, plus vehicle allowance and full health benefits.
