Are you a friendly, dependable professional who enjoys helping people and solving problems? The Swab Agency – Farm Bureau is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team.

In this role, you'll be an important point of contact for our customers, providing responsive service, answering questions, and helping clients navigate their insurance needs. You'll also have opportunities to identify additional ways we can help protect our customers through thoughtful, needs-based conversations.

What You'll Do

Build strong, lasting relationships with new and existing customers.

Respond to customer questions and requests by phone, email, and other communication channels.

Explain insurance policies, coverage options, and claims processes in a clear, helpful way.

Assist customers with policy changes, updates, renewals, and other service needs.

Listen to customer concerns and work proactively to find solutions.

Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are addressed.

Conduct customer-focused policy reviews and identify opportunities to provide additional value.

Educate customers about available insurance products and coverage options.

Recommend additional products and services when appropriate based on customer needs.

Maintain accurate customer information and documentation.

Work closely with the agency team to provide a positive customer experience.
