Key Responsibilities

1. Manage incoming leads and guide clients through the buying or selling process
2. Conduct consultations, showings, and open houses
3. Prepare and manage contracts and transaction documents
4. Follow up consistently to convert prospects into clients
5. Provide market insights and professional recommendations
6. Match clients with properties that fit their needs and goals

Qualifications

1. Active real estate license or willingness to obtain one
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
3. Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
4. Knowledge of the local market or willingness to learn
5. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
6. High school diploma required; college degree preferred
