Responsibilities: • Provide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing market • Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process including budgeting and options with a mortgage lender • Schedule showings, show homes, and go to open houses for potential buyers • Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close Work directly with pre-qualified homebuyers from consultation through closingGuide clients through home searches, financing options, and purchase decisionsMaintain consistent communication using CRM systems and structured follow-up processesConvert buyer appointments into closed transactions through strong relationship-buildingDeliver an exceptional client experience that leads to referrals and repeat businessConduct and participate in open houses to engage prospective buyersManage pipeline, schedule, and daily appointments efficientlyParticipate in weekly training, coaching, and team development meetings Qualifications: • Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car • At least one year of experience as a buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience • Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ideal candidates will have: An active Georgia Real Estate License (required)Full-time commitment to a real estate sales careerStrong communication and relationship-building skillsConfidence using CRM systems and digital toolsExcellent organization and follow-up disciplineA coachable, motivated, and results-driven mindsetA positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills Compensation: $75,000 - $150,000+ commission based
