Metal Press Operator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $18.50 to $19.61 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Second Shift ( Monday through Friday from 03:00pm to 12:00am )

• Operate automatic metal stamping presses and related equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform machine start-ups, shutdowns, coil changes, and routine production tasks.
• Monitor production rates, material flow, part quality, and equipment performance.
• Conduct quality inspections using calipers, gauges, and other measuring tools.
• Accurately document production, scrap, and material usage.
• Identify and report quality, tooling, or maintenance concerns.
• Package, label, and move finished products according to customer requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Assist with troubleshooting and setup activities as training progresses.

Metal Press Operator Qualifications:

• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Previous automatic press operation experience preferred.
• Experience with companies similar to metal stamping environments is highly preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to use measuring equipment.
• Manufacturing or machine operation experience.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Strong safety awareness and reliability.
