Administer medications and IV therapies according to physician orders, with accurate documentation and safe practice. Perform routine procedures and assist with diagnostics, treatments, and patient education as needed. Maintain clear, concise, and compliant documentation in the electronic medical record; ensure accurate handoffs during shift changes. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care, discharge planning, and safe transitions of care. Uphold patient safety, infection control standards, and quality initiatives throughout the shift.
