Bilingual HR Coordinator — On-Site Distribution Center

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking an HR Coordinator to provide comprehensive HR support to our Distribution Center team, handling data entry, onboarding, benefits questions and policy guidance. This is an in-office role in New Jersey with a Tuesday-Saturday shift. You will process HR data, manage associate records, and coordinate with the Benefits team.
