About the Role

This role demands a leader with a deep passion for creating an empowering work environment, a strong background in driving people operations for a global, remote workforce, and the ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution. The VP of People Operations will also be a trusted advisor to the executive team, particularly in the areas of organizational design, fiscal stewardship, and M&A integration. Applicants for the VP of People Operations position at the company should have a minimum of 12 years' of progressive HR or people leadership experience, ideally in fast-growing, distributed organizations. The role requires a candidate with strong business acumen, a deep knowledge of labor law, and exceptional conflict resolution capabilities. A Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or psychology is required, with a Master's degree or MBA being highly preferred. The ideal candidate will be a tireless champion for both the business and the employees, with a collaborative approach to problem-solving and the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
