What You’ll Do Draft and manage pleadings, discovery requests/responses, and correspondence Organize and maintain litigation files and case calendars Prepare exhibits and trial materials; assist with trial prep Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and medical providers File documents electronically and track deadlines across jurisdictions What We’re Looking For Minimum 10 years of litigation experience on the plaintiff’s side Strong writing, organizational, and case management skills A proactive mindset and commitment to delivering quality work Familiarity with e-filing systems and discovery platforms Location This is more than a job — it’s an opportunity to do work that matters alongside people who care.
