Our reported sales in 2025 were $8.9 billion. Learn more at . Job Description About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Manager to join our dynamic and growing team. This role is a perfect blend of hands‑on engineering and strategic leadership. The successful candidate will be responsible for architecting and implementing our DevOps strategy on the Azure platform, guiding a team of talented engineers, and ensuring the continuous delivery of high‑quality software and infrastructure. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and coach a team of DevOps engineers, fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement. Provide technical guidance and strategic direction for all DevOps initiatives. Design, build, and maintain robust and scalable CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or other relevant tools to automate software builds, testing, and deployments. Drive the adoption and implementation of Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates to provision and manage Azure resources. Implement and enforce security best practices within the CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure, integrating automated security testing, vulnerability scanning, and compliance checks. Work closely with cross‑functional teams, including software development, QA, and IT operations, to ensure seamless integration and communication throughout the software development lifecycle. Develop and maintain automation scripts (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Bash) to streamline routine tasks, enhance pipeline efficiency, and reduce manual intervention. Act as a subject matter expert, providing advanced troubleshooting for complex issues related to infrastructure, applications, and CI/CD pipelines. Qualifications Work Location: This role offers a flexible hybrid or remote model. If you live within a 60‑minute commute of our office, we look forward to collaborating in person 3 days a week. Candidates living outside this radius are welcome to work fully remotely. Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in a DevOps, SRE, or similar role. 2+ years of experience in a technical lead or senior‑level capacity, providing technical direction and mentorship. In‑depth, hands‑on experience with a wide range of Azure services, including Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure App Services, Azure Functions, and Azure SQL/Cosmos DB, API management, Azure AI Foundry, Relay, network rules, Storage accounts. Proven experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, specifically Terraform and/or ARM. Extensive knowledge and practical experience with CI/CD concepts and tools, with a strong preference for expertise in Azure DevOps Pipelines and/or GitHub Actions. Hands‑on experience with Docker and container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes (AKS). Strong proficiency in at least one scripting language (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Bash). Expert‑level knowledge of Git and repository management. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Strong leadership and mentorship abilities, with a passion for guiding and developing others. Proven ability to work effectively in an agile, fast‑paced environment. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Preferred Qualifications Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert (AZ‑400) or other relevant Azure certifications. Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Chef, or Puppet. Experience with advanced monitoring and observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or New Relic. Familiarity with other cloud platforms (AWS, GCP). Experience with a specific programming language, such as C#/.NET, Java, or Python. Additional Information The salary range for this position is $120,000 - $160,000 per year.
