Turn Manager Position
BONO DE CONTRATACION $250.00
The turn manager plays an important role in training, developing, and leading the crew. Serves as a fundamental part of the leadership team, helps the restaurant serve the tastiest chicken and coordinates a smooth operation from start to finish to provide an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Plan your shifts
- Verify compliance with procedures and protocols
- Attend to and resolve problems that arise in the restaurant operation
- Assist the General Manager
- Train and lead a team without supervision
- Involve in the operational and technical training of employees
- Maintain a positive team atmosphere and full of energy
- Verify customer satisfaction/Handle customer complaints
- Apply a mindset of continuous improvement to processes and procedures
- Open/close restaurant
- Help with inventory (record)
- Help with staffing needs
- Help with controllables and labor: maintains general standards of sanitation, health, cleanliness and safety for food preparation areas, kitchen services and dishes and utensils.
- Follow and comply with all safety rules, policies and procedures.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- More than one year of experience in similar positions or with customer service.
- Demonstrates strong leadership potential by actively supporting team dynamics.
- Committed to customer satisfaction, always prioritizing the customer in all interactions.
- Preferred: Food Handler Card/ServSafe Certification.
- Fluency in English and Spanish*.
- Ability to work with computers.
- Must comply with company hygiene and personal care policies. Ability to lift and push 50 lbs (23 kg).
- Ability to stand for long periods.
- Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays.
- Over 18 years old.
Pay Rate
USD $19.50/Hr.
