Job Title: Production Clerk

SUMMARY: Assist Production Manager with clerical duties to facilitate production flow

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. These duties are not inclusive and additional duties may be assigned to the employee at any time.

• Print work orders from the Visual Manufacturing system
• Copy production orders for Quality Control and Shipping
• Copy and highlight work orders specific to various work celMake and attach labels to the work orders that are distributed to the production cells
• Assist with other office & clerical duties as needed
• Use office machines in efficient and capable manner to assist in the daily preparation of paperwork needed to complete orders. May include use of copier, fax machine, telephone and computer.
• Variety of general service duties as required by manager

• EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Computer skills required
• LANGUAGE SKILLS Good written and verbal communication skills.
• MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Basic math skills.
• REASONING ABILITY Good problem solving skills.
