Responsibilities Utilization Review (UR) Coordinator Position: Full-Time Shift: Daytime For over 60 years, Calvary Healing Center has provided a full continuum of care, specializing in addiction treatment for adults across the Phoenix area and Nationwide. Calvary’s proven treatment programs address the practical, physical, and spiritual aspects of addiction for lasting recovery. Our flagship location in Phoenix offers onsite detoxification and in-patient treatment programs, a partial hospitalization program (PHP), and an intensive outpatient program (IOP). Our website: Summary of UR Coordinator Duties: The UR Coordinator is responsible for managing the treatment activities offered to the patient, including the appropriate clinical screening of admissions, establishment of treatment plans and interace with the treatment team/external case managers/managed care organizations. Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in social work, mental health, or nursing degree. A minimum of two (2) years direct clinical experience in a psychiatric or mental health setting. Experience in treatment planning and communication with external review organizations or comparable entites. Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card Completion of BLS & First Aid Certification, within 30 days of employment.
