Overview MasterCorp, Inc. seeks passionate and driven individuals to join our Houseperson / Runner team in the hospitality industry. The role supports Supervisors and Housekeepers in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organization, and guest service. Compensation & Benefits Starting at $16 per hour, with opportunities for piece‑rate pay designed to reward efficiency and timeliness. Responsibilities Maintain a high standard of excellence and keep storage closets clean and organized. Assist in stripping units of soiled linens and remove soiled linens and trash from units. Make and deliver linen and supply bags to units as directed. Walk all assigned buildings or floors to ensure linens, trash, and equipment are properly managed. Report unit maintenance issues and lost & found items to the Executive Housekeeper. Move furniture and equipment as directed and maintain a safe working environment. Keep a sense of urgency to ensure units are turned on time; manage personal timeliness and promptness with all assignments. Use supplies and equipment efficiently and assist in linen inventories and supplies as directed. Solve guest complaints promptly, create strong, positive customer relations, and assist resort guests and owners. Make guest deliveries and remain knowledgeable about the resort. Qualifications Must be able to lift 75 pounds (with or without accommodation). Demonstrate decision‑making, planning, and scheduling capabilities. Ability to read, write, and perform basic math. Show personal timeliness, a passion for cleanliness, and a strong work ethic. Ready to learn, adapt, and work irregular hours. Valid driver’s license required for certain locations. Physical Requirements Frequent standing, walking, pushing, pulling, moving, lifting (up to 25 lbs), bending, reaching, occasional ascending/descending, and repetitive motions.
