Laboratory Technician - Inorganics Lab
Eurofins Agroscience Services North Carolina
Laboratory technician needed for inorganics testing and quality control work at Eurofins in Winston-Salem. The role involves sample preparation, analytical instrument operation, and documentation in a GMP/GLP-regulated environment supporting product assessment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze samples using analytical techniques such as HPLC, GC, ICP, or mass spectrometry
- Perform sample preparation on tobacco products utilizing wet chemistry methods
- Operate lab equipment, calibrate instruments, and identify calibration errors
- Document results accurately in lab notebooks and LIMS systems per GMP/GLP standards
- Support analytical chemists and communicate with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
- High school diploma minimum
- One year of laboratory or quality control experience
- Wet lab techniques including solutions, weighing, and work instruction following
- Proficiency with standard laboratory equipment and procedures
- Strong computer skills, scientific knowledge, and organizational ability
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with attention to detail
