Private Client Associate

VOYlegal is partnering with a highly regarded AmLaw 100 firm that is seeking a midlevel Private Wealth Associate to join its Denver office. This role is ideal for an attorney with 4+ years of trusts and estates experience who wants to build a sophisticated, client-facing private wealth practice. The associate will work on complex estate planning, tax analysis, wealth-transfer strategies, gift and estate tax returns, and closely held business and entity planning. Key Requirements: 4+ years of trusts and estates or private wealth experience Experience with sophisticated estate planning, drafting, and federal gift and estate tax matters Ability to manage matters and communicate directly with clients Experience advising on LLCs, partnerships, S corporations, or other closely held business structures is preferred Strong academic credentials and excellent writing and analytical skills LL.M. is a plus, but not required The position offers base compensation of $225,000–$260,000, depending on experience, along with a performance- and hours-based bonus program.
