This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with people, and wants to grow into an operations leader. Experiences could be related to an internship, co-op, campus leadership, athletics, military service, retail, food service, or other leadership experience.* **Knowledge:** Intermediate skill level with MS Office.* **Skills, Abilities:** Strong communication (written and verbal) with all levels of business; ability to present to groups both small and large, effective problem-solving skills; desire to learn and grow as a leader; positive attitude and willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.* **Eligibility Requirement:***This position may require access to Controlled Data or Information.
