This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with people, and wants to grow into an operations leader. You’ll partner with engineering, quality, operations, facilities, and supply chain while learning how world-class aerospace products are built.**You’ll have the opportunity to:*** Lead and support a team of manufacturing employees (10-15 people)* Learn how to manage production schedules and meet customer commitments* Develop your leadership style through coaching and mentoring employees* Work alongside engineering and quality teams to solve real manufacturing challenges* Use Lean Manufacturing tools and participate in Kaizen events* Drive continuous improvement projects that improve safety, quality, and efficiency* Learn how aerospace products move from raw material to finished product* Build experience making staffing, scheduling, and operational decisions**Career Development:**At Crane, we invest in developing future leaders.
