Mac Haik Ford Pasadena is looking for a friendly and reliable Service Receptionist to join our service department team.

As a Service Receptionist, you will be the voice of our dealership answering calls, assisting customers, and scheduling service appointments. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
• Schedule service appointments and update appointment calendar
• Direct calls to appropriate departments or personnel as needed
• Perform basic data entry and update customer information
• Provide excellent customer service over the phone and in person
• Support the service team as needed with administrative tasks

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service or receptionist experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional and courteous phone etiquette
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills (Outlook, Word, appointment systems)
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
