Lead depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials. Provide strategic counsel to clients and colleagues on evolving case issues. Qualifications 20+ years of litigation experience focused on trusts & estates defense. Demonstrated success in complex fiduciary and probate disputes with trial experience. Exceptional legal writing, analysis, and courtroom advocacy. Proven ability to juggle multiple high-level cases and deadlines. Leadership mindset with capacity to mentor junior attorneys. Colorado Bar required; JD from an accredited law school (federal admission preferred).
