St. Petersburg, FL | 100% Outpatient | PhysicianLed Practice

$260K+ Base | Incentives | SignOn Bonus up to $50K

Practice medicine the way it was meant to be practiced with time, support, and purpose in one of Floridas most desirable coastal communities.

Were partnering with a physicianled, valuebased primary care group focused on caring for seniors with complex chronic needs. This model is built around smaller patient panels, frequent touchpoints, and strong interdisciplinary teamsallowing physicians to form real relationships and deliver highimpact care without burnout.

Located in St. Petersburg , youll enjoy yearround sunshine, a vibrant downtown, awardwinning beaches, an active arts and food scene, and an overall cost of living that makes coastal Florida living truly attainable.

Compensation & Growth
  • Base salary: $260K+
  • Yearone bonus: Up to $20K (increases with tenure)
  • Signing bonus: Up to $50,000

    • Majority of physicians reach partnership within the first year
