North Florida Medical Device Sales Opportunity | Pre-IPO Medical Device Company We're partnering with an innovative, pre-IPO medical device company that is expanding its commercial sales team across North Florida. This territory offers an established customer base while providing significant opportunity for new business development and market expansion. The company is already gaining traction within the VA healthcare system, partnering primarily with Podiatry, Physical Therapy, and Prosthetics to improve patient outcomes with an innovative home-use medical device. This is an opportunity to join an organization during a pivotal stage of growth. As one of the company's early commercial hires, you'll have the chance to influence territory success, contribute to the company's long-term growth, and participate in its future through potential equity. Compensation $90K-110K Base | $175K-200K OTE Benefits 4 Weeks PTO 8 Company Holidays Full Travel Reimbursement Medical Dental Vision Qualifications Experience calling on Physicians, Therapists, and Prosthetics within the VA healthcare system is required. Bachelor's degree required. Minimum of 3 years of successful medical device sales experience. Proven ability to develop new business and grow a territory. Comfortable working directly with patients and patient advocacy groups. Ability to travel 50-75% by car and air. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Stable employment history, with a minimum of two years in your current role preferred.
