Sr Service Representative/ Courier
$17.25 - $27.92 per hourLabcorp
Labcorp seeks a senior service representative and courier in Pasadena to pick up, transport, and deliver medical specimens, lab supplies, and reports across Southern California counties. The role includes providing training to new couriers and acting as a logistics floater while safely operating a company vehicle.
Responsibilities
- Pick up, transport, and deliver medical specimens and lab supplies on daily routes
- Act as floater providing coverage for various logistics routes as needed
- Train new couriers and drivers on route procedures
- Safely operate company vehicle and manage handheld electronic tracking devices
- Complete daily pickup schedules and coordinate with dispatcher for additional work
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and minimum age 21
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous driver or courier experience preferred
- Customer service experience a plus
- Strong punctuality and time management skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and meet physical demands
Compensation: $17.25–$27.92 per hour, plus 10% shift differential for 2nd shift
