PART-TIME - School Day Hours -CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

ABC Printing, a well-established Vero Beach printing company, is looking for a friendly, dependable person to assist customers and help keep print jobs organized and moving through our shop.

This is a part-time, weekday position with hours primarily during the school day. It could be an excellent fit for someone returning to the workforce, a parent with school-age children, a semi-retired professional, or anyone looking for steady daytime hours.

This is not a graphic design position. Printing experience is helpful but not required. The right customer-service and business experience is more important.

What You’ll Do

• Greet and assist walk-in customers
• Answer telephone calls and emails professionally
• Listen to customers and help determine what they need
• Take in print orders and requests for estimates
• Gather files, quantities, sizes, deadlines, and other job information
• Communicate with customers about proofs, schedules, and pickups
• Coordinate with our graphics and production staff
• Follow up on estimates and jobs in progress
• Help keep customer information and job details organized

Who Would Be a Good Fit?

We are looking for someone who has experience meeting and helping the public in a business setting. Experience in an office, retail store, service business, bank, medical office, hardware or paint store, sign shop, copy center, or similar environment would be helpful.

• Be comfortable using email and learning basic computer programs

• Be willing to help wherever needed in a small-business environment

Hours

Part-time, Monday through Friday, primarily during school-day hours. The exact schedule will be discussed during the interview.

Printing experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.
