Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Washington state license or licensure required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Minimum relevant outpatient orthopedic experience: client prefers outpatient experience. Candidates with greater than 3 years of relevant outpatient experience may be considered Level 2. Must not be a new graduate. First-time travelers are acceptable. PTA candidates are eligible for consideration. Ability to work in an outpatient clinic environment serving outpatient orthopedic patients. Must be within local/ travel classification parameters as defined by client (local considered 50 miles or less from candidate address to clinic). OT (overtime) must be approved by director prior to working.

Assignment Details

Facility Type: Outpatient clinic. Shift Name: Days. Shift Type: 8-hour day shifts with a 36-hour guarantee and expectation to work up to 40 hours. Patient Population: Outpatient orthopedics. Float Requirement: No floating to other clinics. Travel Team Option: Not available for this clinic or neighboring clinics.
