Heavy Civil Construction Project Manager

Construction Industrial Corporation in Ocala, FL hiring a full time Project Manager, with FDOT and/or Utilities experience, who will be able to perform the following job duties:

- Change Order/Claim management including pricing of any out of contract or additional scope of work in a timely manner and/or provide notification in writing to the Client of any additional work which is being performed on a time and material basis.

- Manage costs for project including tracking costs associated with subcontractors, vendors, labor and equipment while tracking the project budget and verifying costs vs percentage complete.

-Project Schedule and two week look ahead will be maintained for all assigned projects, this includes scheduling crews for projects and upcoming work.

- Bid follow-up and tracking to ensure success ratio is maximized.

-Attend all project meetings, walkthroughs while representing Company and ensuring compliance with project specs.

Experience with FDOT and/or Utility construction required.

The ideal candidate should have a valid driver's license, have a minimum of 5 years experience in heavy/highway civil construction project management.
