This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Community Lead based in the United States.

This role offers the opportunity to shape and grow a global community within a rapidly evolving Layer 1 blockchain and Web3 ecosystem. You will be responsible for creating an active, welcoming, and engaged presence across major social and community platforms. From daily conversations to large-scale events, you will build meaningful connections between community members and the broader ecosystem. You will serve as a visible and positive representative, encouraging participation through discussions, creative content, and authentic engagement. A key part of the role will be identifying influential community members and empowering them to contribute to sustainable ecosystem growth. You will combine community strategy, project coordination, social engagement, and deep Web3 knowledge to strengthen long-term participation. This is an opportunity for an experienced Web3 community leader to make a direct impact on adoption, culture, and ecosystem development.

Accountabilities:

• Build and grow a vibrant, global community presence across leading social networks and Web3 platforms.
• Manage regular community engagement across channels such as Twitter, Discord, and Telegram, ensuring conversations remain active, informative, and welcoming.
• Develop and execute community growth strategies that increase participation, retention, and long-term engagement.
• Organize, coordinate, and execute community events designed to strengthen relationships and deepen connections across the ecosystem.
• Act as a highly visible community role model by maintaining a proactive, optimistic, and authentic presence in community discussions.
• Create and encourage engaging community content, including memes, discussions, campaigns, and other initiatives that stimulate participation.
• Identify highly engaged and influential community members and empower them to become advocates and contributors to community growth.
• Encourage, recognize, and reward positive contributions and behaviors that strengthen the overall community culture.
• Monitor community sentiment, trends, conversations, and emerging opportunities across the broader Web3 landscape.
• Coordinate multiple community initiatives and projects simultaneously while maintaining clear priorities and meeting deadlines.
• Build strong relationships with ecosystem stakeholders, contributors, creators, and other community participants.
• Continuously identify new approaches to improve community engagement, participation, and ecosystem awareness.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience spearheading and growing community initiatives within established Layer 1 blockchain ecosystems, DeFi protocols, NFT projects, or comparable Web3 environments.
• Proven experience leading and managing Web3 communities across social and community platforms.
• Strong track record of developing and executing successful community growth strategies.
• In-depth understanding of the relevant blockchain technology, ecosystem stakeholders, projects, and broader community dynamics.
• Strong knowledge of the Web3 industry, including current trends, narratives, technologies, and community behaviors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage authentically with diverse global communities.
• Creative and proactive approach to community engagement, with the ability to generate discussions, content, campaigns, and other participation-driving initiatives.
• Strong project coordination and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and consistently meet deadlines.
• Ability to identify emerging community leaders and empower contributors to take on greater responsibilities.
• Positive, energetic, and community-oriented mindset with a genuine passion for Web3 and decentralized technologies.
• Ability to work effectively in a globally distributed and fully remote environment.
• Strong understanding of community culture and the ability to encourage constructive, respectful, and positive interactions.
