We are looking for a Commis cook with experience in fine dining by preparing food items, assisting the chef de partie in prep, cooking, washing, peeling, cutting, fruits and / or vegetables.
Other duties include:
Following the directives of the Head Chef
General Mis en place
Abiding by safety and sanitation standards
Ability to pivot functions during menu changes
Cutting, slicing, dicing, and other duties of preparation
Be able to have a positive attitude and willingness to learn
Be communicative and responsive to instructions
This position is entry level and receives tips.
For full time - benefits are available after 60 days of employment
