We build technology that matters, and we’re committed to the agencies that protect and serve. About the Role We’re looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Mobile, AL. This is a full-time, on-site role at the heart of what sets ARMS apart: real support from real people. You’ll provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to the agencies that use ARMS every day — making sure their questions get answered, their systems stay current, and their teams stay up and running. What You’ll Do Analyze and resolve technical issues for ARMS customers Respond to customer inquiries promptly, with clear and effective communication Assist with product installations and updates Create and maintain customer support documentation What We’re Looking For Experience with technical support and troubleshooting Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Clear, professional communication skills The ability to work independently and as part of a team Bonus Points Experience with CJIS-compliant software or public safety technology The Details Type: Full-time Team: Customer Support #J-18808-Ljbffr ARMS
