You will organize your schedule to balance skilled visits, follow-up checks, and coordination tasks, while maintaining timely and accurate documentation. Caseloads and visit numbers are managed to support safe and effective care, with a focus on quality outcomes and patient satisfaction rather than high-volume throughput.
