Communicates and interacts with customers, vendors and co-workers professionally ensuring questions are answered accurately and in a timely manner. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duty assigned to best serve the company. Responsibilities may include, but not limited to: Provide clerical and administrative support to include, but not limited to: writing, typing, or entering information into computer to prepare correspondence; preparing, issuing, and sending out receipts, bills, policies, invoices, statements, and checks; conducting limited research; operating various office machines; opening and routing incoming mail, answering correspondence, and prepares outgoing mail; answering telephone, conveying messages, and running errands; stamping or numbering forms by hand or machine; and photocopying documents. Analyze and interpret numerical data and perform basic math functions. Communicate with customers, vendors and company personnel in a positive and proactive manner. Performs other related duties as assigned.
