The Global Supply Management (GSM) Function is recognized as a critical function for business success. Role Purpose

The Supply Chain Change Management Manager owns the end-to-end change strategy and execution for the I/O and SDM program, working in close partnership with the Supply Chain Project Manager and the IT Project Manager. This role reports directly to the Transformational Program Manager and is responsible for ensuring that new ways of working are not only deployed, but stick — moving impacted teams from initial adoption through to sustained adherence. The Change Manager leverages a range of tools and capabilities — metrics, communications, forums, all-hands, and reinforcement mechanisms — to drive behavioral changes across the organization, aligned to the program's deployment approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute the change management strategy across the People, Work, and Adoption tracks of deployment.
• Partner with the SC Project Manager and IT Project Manager to embed change activities into the integrated build and release plan.
• Build and lead stakeholder engagement plans across Division leadership, Business Integrators, and Site teams.
• Own the communication strategy — cadence, channels, forums (all-hands, town halls, Communities of Practice).
• Establish adoption and adherence metrics; track, report, and course-correct throughout deployment and hypercare.
• Coordinate training rollout with CoE trainers and Knowledge Management, ensuring impacted teams are ready and supported.
• Lead reinforcement mechanisms post go-live to drive sustained adherence (behavior expectations, workaround retirement, feedback loops).
• Identify and mitigate change resistance early; escalate barriers to the Program Manager and Governance Board.
• Coach leaders at all levels to be visible change advocates within their organizations.

Education and Experience – Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Business, HR, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of change management experience, including leadership of change on transformational programs
• Experience pushing large-scale, multi-site change through to sustained adoption
• Deep understanding of change management methodologies (Prosci ADKAR, Kotter, or equivalent)
• Experience embedding change into Agile delivery cadences and iterative releases
• Experience in facilitation, coaching, and executive communication
• Experience measuring adoption and adherence with data — not just anecdote

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in leading change on transformational Supply Chain, Procurement, or ERP programs
• Prosci Certified Change Practitioner
• Experience with hub-and-spoke, shared services, or global operating model transitions
• Familiarity with adoption of analytics tools and dashboards

The range for this position is $104,876.00 - $144,205.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
