We are hiring a Service Advisor who takes ownership of the customer experience and helps drive shop performance. This is primarily a front-counter role focused on customer communication, estimating, and workflow management. We are a team-oriented shop, and during peak times or unexpected absences, you may assist with basic shop tasks such as oil changes or inspections to help keep operations running smoothly. Position Overview This role plays a key part in keeping workflow smooth, customers informed, and vehicles serviced efficiently. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers while coordinating closely with technicians to ensure expectations are met.
