As an Estimate Writer, you can expect - Paid training on best practices to provide professional window cleaning estimates to prospects. You'll gain hands-on experience that will help you for years to come with the guidance of a mentor and other members of our team. The skills and experience gained from this position will set you worlds apart from the applicants in the sales industry. You are working with the best window cleaners in Tampa Bay - get ready to be REALLY PROUD! Territory will include Tampa, Lutz, Brandon, Valrico, Riverview, Apollo Beach. Learn the ins and outs of estimate writing. Set and achieve goals - weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly. Learn and apply sales techniques.

Requirements

• Strong self-motivation
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Must have working mobile smartphone
• Valid driver's license, valid car insurance and reliable transportation

Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

We are looking for courteous, self-motivated and friendly individuals that pay attention to detail. We clean glass at commercial and residential locations; including retail locations, office buildings, and malls from 1 to 3 stories. Some ladder work, travel between jobs, and minimal paperwork are required. You need reliable transportation, proof of insurance, and a valid driver's license to be considered for employment.
