We partner with orthopedic surgeons, neurosurgeons, pain management physicians, surgery centers, hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, and healthcare systems to improve patient outcomes while providing compliant solutions. As we continue expanding throughout Texas, we are seeking motivated Medical Device Sales Representatives to grow our physician network and develop long-term customer relationships. Position Summary This is a medical sales opportunity ideal for experienced medical sales professionals seeking uncapped earning potential. Representatives will identify new physician practices, neurology specialist, hospitals, and VA healthcare facilities while managing existing accounts and introducing innovative medical technologies and DME solutions. This position offers significant flexibility with the opportunity to build recurring commission income while representing an expanding portfolio of reimbursable products and services. Primary Responsibilities Develop new physician and healthcare facility relationships Expanding active prescribers Standardizing protocols Build Champions with Neurology, Pain Management and Primary Care Introduce neuromodulation technologies Conduct physician and staff education Coordinate product demonstrations Work alongside clinical specialists during implementations Develop referral sources Maintain CRM activity and sales pipeline Meet monthly territory objectives Attend industry conferences and educational events Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who already has established relationships with healthcare providers. Preferred backgrounds include: Medical Device Sales Orthopedic Sales Spine Sales Pain Management Physical Therapy DME Sales Pharmaceutical Sales Surgical Sales Wound Care Workers' Compensation Hospital Sales Qualifications Preferred: 2+ years outside healthcare sales experience Existing physician relationships Strong presentation skills Self-motivated entrepreneur Excellent communication abilities Reliable transportation Ability to travel throughout assigned territory Professional appearance Compensation This is a salaried position based on a fixed annual base salary on a regular schedule, regardless of the number of hours worked, and is designed to compensate for fulfilling the responsibilities and performance expectations of the role.
