Position Overview This is an exciting opportunity for a relationship‑driven healthcare sales professional to help expand a growing service area by building referral partnerships and increasing market presence. The Home Health Sales Consultant will develop strategic relationships with healthcare providers and community partners while driving business growth throughout the territory. Build and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, post‑acute providers, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and other healthcare partners. Educate referral sources on available services, clinical capabilities, and patient outcomes while serving as a trusted community resource. Collaborate with operational, clinical, and marketing teams to support sustainable growth and exceptional service delivery. Analyze referral trends, market activity, and business opportunities to identify areas for continued growth. Represent the organization through networking, educational programs, and community engagement activities. QUALIFICATIONS Experience in healthcare sales, physician outreach, business development, or relationship management. Demonstrated success building professional relationships and growing referral networks within a healthcare setting. Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills. Ability to work independently while developing and executing strategic territory plans. Experience within home health, hospice, post‑acute care, medical device, physician relations, pharmaceutical sales, or other healthcare service lines is highly valued.
